Apologies, the previous chart was incorrect. I missed that SCOTUS granted emergency relief in Murthy v. Missouri after the appellate court's stay. I also missed FDA v. Alliance.

The updated rate of lifted injunctions for the Biden admin is 10% (2 of 21), not 0%.

That’s a great sentiment, but privileged. Some neighborhoods, the Wal-Mart is the best (safe), most affordable option for obtaining fresh and pantry foods. This is also true in areas in more rural areas too where the megamart is the closest place to get to. I used to feel the same, but I’ve learned.

I have seen one example where the use of AI has been successful in giving me something faster with minimal errors than what I and my team could produce with no errors.

I still have employees struggling to master google searches to get the right answers.

Also way to misuse the rules of change management. That 60% he refers to are “skeptical” and can be won over by either side.

Doesn’t just sound like someone who inspires loyalty. It should also show he doesn’t follow orders or directions, he chooses to interpret “intent”.
