Apologies, the previous chart was incorrect. I missed that SCOTUS granted emergency relief in Murthy v. Missouri after the appellate court's stay. I also missed FDA v. Alliance.

It is time to impeach and bring forth a means to determine if there is any competence in the administration. Arresting political opponents is not our United States of America. For a party so focused on touting the Constitution, they need to read and understand it.
