Today is Día de los Muertos for beloved pets who have passed, so I hope everyone who has lost a fur- (or feather, or fin, or scale-) baby is blessed with happy memories of them today. I’m thinking about my old guy Bones and how he lives on in my art.

A very dumb idea I had a while ago & finally executed as a sticker design. The first version will be available at my convention booth & online, since I figured a Space Marine had more mass appeal/recognition. The second, featuring a Witch Aelf instead, will be a Patreon exclusive!

It had been so long since I played Veilguard I was pretty sure I’d forgotten most of the plot so I just built a new Rook and started over. Trying a mage this time and remembered very quickly that I am bad at video game combat. 🤣 But she’s pretty!

In non-dog cancer news…I finished up layouts (FINALLY) on a new comics gig last night and treated myself to a doodle of my comfort couple afterwards. I’ve missed these two smitten adventurers. #bg3 #galextav #galexastrid

The short version is that the leg was confirmed to have osteosarcoma (bone cancer) but a very weird, slow-reproducing version that is less aggressive than this disease typically is. So chemo has a VERY good chance of giving him lots of good time!

Back home to find the sticker order I needed for the convention arrived…today. Oh well. They look cool! Ozzie is feeling pretty good today too, although he was less than thrilled when we picked up his little sister from the dog sitter. 🤣
