If the Judiciary Committee won’t act, my colleagues and I will continue to press for answers through public forums, media, community meetings & legal review.

As Judiciary Chair, Sen. Bosn has the authority to hold a hearing any time she chooses. She doesn’t need permission from the Governor or the executive branch to do her job. Refusing to act shields the administration from accountability.
