If you haven't read @jonathancampion.com's book, I really recommend it. Even if you're not into cricket, it's such a heartwarming and at times tearjerking story of an incredible community facing war and devastation, and still finding hope through sport and togetherness. Astonishing tale!

I think it’s easy to underestimate just how impressive this new map is. We can now see Europe at night in colour! This is mega!
Europe's nighttime glow from space 🌍

This first colour mosaic of the continent at night was created from 7000+ pictures taken by astronauts on the International Space Station.

☀️🌑I'm writing a feature on travelling to Spain next August for the total solar eclipse. If there are any eclipse-relevant PRs, brands, astronomers, tour companies or hotels in my network that I haven't already connected with, I'd like to hear about special events, packages, offers, tours & advice!

The words you don't want to hear uttered at LHR after the seatbelt sign goes off: "Unfortunately, our stand changed at the last minute to a bus stand." As if you don't already have to walk through the backrooms
of eternity to reach baggage claim, let's add a bus to the equation for max liminal time.
