I spend time outside of session in client files doing what I call "blueprinting" and I never, ever stop holding my client's vision with them and for them when they're in the deep waters of regression.

I built great rapport with them, until I realized I do so much more than most hypnotherapists do. (Including actually having my own daily practice! How are hypnotherapists not doing hypnotherapy for themselves?)

I never stop learning. I love continuously becoming more excellent at my work.

To me, we require good sleep for a healthy brain.
Good nutrition for a strong, healthy body and good hypnotherapy for a balanced, happy and powerful life.

Clients tell me all the time that I'm not like any other hypnotherapist they've seen or worked with. I used to think that was just because

Hypnotherapy is so much more important to me than meditation or relaxation because it's actively instructing my subconscious mind and bringing me the results I'm after.

It's a priority every day because I know how powerful it is and how much it works.

Learn to shift into a different state, open another window within and explore all the ways resolution, creativity and clarity can flow to you.

It's work, but it trains your mind, your most powerful ally, to focus on finding you the evidence of what you want vs what you fear.

How much time and energy do you spend in stress?

How much time and energy do you give to creating a new version of your life?

And what stories do you tell about why you can't?

Conditioning is real but it's also optional.

No matter what everyone might want you to believe, you create the future you step into by what you think and believe and how much time and energy you dedicate to that.

Be honest, out of 18hrs in a wakeful day, how much time do you waste?

Balance is so important. Take care of you. One day, one choice at a time. Doing something good for you doesn’t make you less sensitive to what’s going on. It makes you stronger to help others. We have to increase that percentage in our day so we’re more in power and less in stress.💖

The blood flow is rerouted from the prefrontal cortex to the heart, arm and leg muscles so you can fight. Being in fight or flight all day every day is not sustainable.

Spend at least one hour a day (out of 18 waking hours) doing hypnosis, being in meditation, using your imagination, training your mind to be calm and centered.
You cannot think when you're in stress.

You are the center of your creation process and that's an incredible awareness to have, if you can put all the judgement of self and others down.

It's the not believing in yourself that's causing your pain...

Just like songs and poetry reveal the artist's core, your feelings reveal the conflict at your core between who you truly are as your subconscious mind knows you to be and the lie you've been believing.

they're not actually what's causing your pain.

Your pain is you thinking those things are true. Somewhere deep down inside you know that they're lies but you either didn't have the resources yet or you don't believe you're capable of handling them.
