I am still traumatised by the criminal treatment my late mother received at the hands of a Bristol hospital that should have provided her and other elderly patients with a safe environment.

Totally agree, but these failings apply to so many other vulnerable groups. Upper most in my mind is how my white British elderly mother & her mixed heritage daughters were treated this time last year.
