Ffs how about we leave the risks for the doctors to discuss and patients/parents to decide? Like every fucking medical thing has risks but we allow people to make informed decisions. Gender treatment is overwhelmingly better outcomes then the risks.

So they need to exactly line up datewise? Wtf. Lots of work permits get updated and renewed this is such a waste and feels like red tape to make using immigrant workers more expensive and make life worse for immigrants
