Of course I should have The original Ringu on this list. (I saw at Dr Dremos in Arlington for the Washington Psychotronic film club, I then googled it during a very bad thunderstorm, was a little scaredy if I'm I'm honest, that may or may not be the night I won a Six Million Dollar Man board game)

I'm looking around for movies (of a certain era) that have videotape as a central theme. Videodrome of course is top choice. Others I've rewatched recently include Slacker, Reality Bites, Ghost world. What are others in this "genre" that you like?

Found a similarly carved small dog friend for large rabbit. (From the same thrift store months apart) it looks like same style, maybe the same artist? @kellygo.bsky.social thinks maybe from WV, I'm thinking maybe Amish artist from PA? It maybe totally unrelated
