Stop putting barriers up to involvement.

There are reasons not to go. Physical & mental health, acess, money, family, work. But a lot of people will just choose to go shopping instead, or decide their gardening is more important, or just... not want the inconvenience. To them, to you if that's your choice, I say "must be nice. Fuck off."

Really hoping something happens in Cardiff. Welsh Government is better with trans rights (not necessarily great, but better) and they need to be reminded to do more.

This is a really important part of discrimination legislation as it stands. If you share *or are perceived/ believed to share* one of the enshrined Protected Characteristics in the Equality Act, and are harassed or discriminated against on that basis, you (should be) protected.

I had to tell my boss yesterday that no, I can't go to an industry event in the US this summer. It's not safe, and it now looks like I wouldn't be allowed in anyway.
