I saw this reddit post that I resonated with. Like, Alex Uballez owns a home downtown but is leaning into left-nimbyism cuz he's making a coalition with nimbys. Fuck that! Saw this posting in Portland where cottage courts are legalized and I can almost afford it. He doesn't want that for us!

Went to a pro-homes, pro-density, pro-entrepreneurship presentation and panel last night and the panel was also pro-ART. It was nice to see business owners talk about how ART benefits their business, their employees and ability to hire, and makes Central more appealing ❤️🚍

Took a very crowded ART bus to the celebration of the upcoming TOD "Uptown Connect" by @abqride.bsky.social . Excited for this project but... It took us 17 years (!!!) to get it to this point of starting. Albuquerque needs some deep interventions to make development much easier/faster

Man, even a lot more basic apartment buildings like this would do so much for Downtown (and 5-6 floors too?!). This should be the streetscape thru the Core and up to Wells Park. Throw in small retail and corner stores too and we'd be so much better off. How to get developers down here😭
