Unintentional re-design...I wanted to draw Rouge in m style and was determined to succeed this time so I based her on an actual bat. I like how she turned out. ^^

Idk who needs to hear this but using reference isn’t cheating and needing to look at reference doesn’t make you any less of any artist and tbh if anyone says otherwise they are toxic as all hell.

100% recommend the second and third one!! There's a reason why my sketches are always purple 👀✨!! it allows me to differentiate the sketch and the lineart better x)!
also don't be afraid of erasing! you don't have to finish the lines in an exact point, you can erase the leftover :3

fuck gatekeeping so imma share a few lineart tips:
• outer lineart/silhouette first, then add in details. (makes lineart process 10x faster).
• ready to line? make the sketch non-black. i preferably use sky blue but make it anything you want.
• vector layers + snap eraser. do bigass strokes & erase.
