Just a reminder that the holidays can be stressful and aren't always happy for everyone. Add to that the anxiety people are feeling post election, it can weigh even more heavily.
Social media can be cruel, but it's also a sense of community and support for many. Look out for each other. 🩷

I’m old enough to have attended school before modern special ed programs; kids with learning differences or challenges were just called dumb and lazy. We can’t afford to go back to those bad old days!
