I have long awaited this day with joyous anticipation, and @independent.ie is the one to finally deliver, in their article on New Ross Drama Workshop’s staging of my black comedy play “Dead Man’s… BELLS”.

Looking at the calendar, the short film I was cast in starts shooting on Tuesday. Had to bow out because I‘ve been scheduled for spinal surgery on the Monday. “Let that be the last thing it takes from you,”
Beloved Housemate said fervently. Ah well. Ah well. We plough on.

I water my carnivorous plants with rainwater and it’s always a delight. Fills the room with the smell of petrichor.

My 'uh oh here we go' test run transition from expensive polymer clay to less expensive but unfamiliar & intimidating air-dry clay. Was wildly muttering “nourishment in the creative process, not the final product” throughout but it came out GREAT I’m THRILLT and I’ve learned nothing x

Getting into an art w/zero training & “if it’s fun” mindset means starting your first big project with your sole guide continuing to be Dah Dopamine. So I DID make & intricately decorate half the face then immediately display it & am now unsure how to do the rest without ruining it. For Dah Dopamine
