I thought about this as the SCOTUS may take up whether a President in power, acting as President for the country can be committed for crimes while President. Its just basically asking for Biden to have Trump executed. And then Joe will go hime for dinner.

It needs to be fixed. The Pardon power needs checks and balances just like congress and pretty much anything else American. Didn't used to be a big deal until we say a guy committing crimes and then pardoning people who protected him from prosecution. What if Biden does what you say? NO impeachment
