Même après tout ça, Mirrlees et al. 2011 (Mirrlees Review, UK, 2011) ne recommandent pas de refonte majeure de l'impôt sur le revenu des particuliers, ni de baisse des taux onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10....
