Yes! I turn 45 soon and completed my HPV series this year. My eldest (male) kid got his series during the same period.

I've had post-exertional malaise as part of my Long COVID for 3.5 years and it's only in the past 9 months that I've been able to be active at times without a crash. Celebrating your progress!

When my partner and I lived in Virginia, we opted out of traveling to visit our New England families one year and made a Chesapeake Christmas just for us. Oyster stew, Virginia ham, squash and apple pie from a local farm. It was legitimately some of the best food I have ever eaten.
