@nedpyle.com I will share my Plum Cake recipe with you: ½ c. butter; ¾ c. sugar; 1 c. flour; 1 tsp baking pdr; 2 eggs; ½ tsp vanilla / Transfer to greased 8X8 pan. Cut 4-5 plums into quarters & place on batter, skin side up. Sprinkle w/ lemon juice, sugar & cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 45 – 55 mins.
