Thank you for sharing. I felt the same way about forgetting to log things right away. Seeing everything on paper def made me more aware of what I could improve too. I realized that I snack more often than I thought. It def makes you more mindful of your eating habits.

I thought this was a really interesting fact too. It helped me understand why whole grains like brown rice are usually more filing and nutritious compared to white rice.

Hi Danny. I think you made a great point. I've seen a lot of headlines online that say something like "eating x will make you Y", but after learning about association vs causation, I know to read more carefully and look for real studies,
