Pretty poor session in the end really considering the way they had been playing in recent games. Probably quietens down the Somerset supporters sat near yesterday who wanted the pitch inspectors in because the track was too flat

Would be interesting see how that would go. Really do feel in the case of Sam Cook that it was his lack of cricket before the Zimbabwe test where England asked him to not play that hindered him. Bigger picture back to back T20 should go that's just silly and probably is stressful

This time tomorrow will be the time to worry if this is all still on the cards. Chelmsford looked dead again so Essex really shouldn't be getting bowled out twice on it. If Essex are all out cheaply tomorrow though and Yorkshire get a high score then who knows what goes on behind the scenes there!
