6/8 jig time (or 9/8 if you’re doing a slip jig) is really tricky for clawhammer banjo but I think I’m getting the hang of it. The song is part A from „the Blarney Pilgrim.“ parts B and C are not shown because i cant play them as well as this section. #banjo #banjofeed # clawhammer

Saw a food ingredient that said "adds powerful rubber-based effects to your meals" and assumed that would be like, I dunno, electricity resistance or something but no - a 1 in 4 chance to jump three times in a row if I take a drink. Caves of Qud always surprises me. #cavesOfQud

I found a couple of old-time and bluegrass sessions last year and have been having an amazing time.

Love this game. Stumbled across 2 unidentified artifacts, after studying them my character was able to recognize them as folding chairs. One of them is electrified, so I can equip it with a power cell to cause the folding chair to deal an extra 1 electrical damage. #cavesOfQud

I got up on stage last weekend with a group form our old-time jam sessions and it was absolutely terrifying. My hands were shaking so bad I couldn’t play the first song at all. But I’m glad I did it regardless (I am standing with my #banjo just left of center, half blocked by a mic)

So my friend is throwing an 80s themed costume party for his birthday and the vibe here is very “put on a mullet wig and neon armbands” while my vibe is more “I made a ninja turtle costume in 30 minutes.” But it’s a German party so that means David Hasselhoff is here at least.

This makes me happy because Caves of Qud is a truly unique and amazing game experience and it deserves to be successful. (shoutout to Ookayakakumukuku the Well-Dressed, the legendary kleptomaniac albino ape who kindly told me where I was the first time I got lost in that game).
