I can say from recently finishing an econ module with the OU, that while A LOT was focused on (neo) classical econ, it at least emphasized the reliance on very broad assumptions. Though from memory, the text books were over 10 years old.... Still, love for the OU from me.

Good point. It's the difference in reaction between the regular occurrence and the momentary waving of a flag that's been thrown on stage at a gig that's staggering to me.

The irony here being that in the north of Ireland, the flags of proscribed organisations are a common enough sight, esp during the summer, and yet the cops just kind of shrug.

This really isn't a good sign for the UK.
