Thanks for the recipe, i am definitely going to give this a shot. I was given a French fry cutter recently so this will work perfectly with my recent obsession of making everything fry shaped 😅

Never tried fermenting turnips before but I still have some in the root cellar. Maybe I’ll give it a shot, I’m curious. Do you do them by themselves? Sliced, shredded or cubed?

It’s been over 20 years of making pots and I only need my hands to count how many times I’ve used an electric wheel. I like how quiet they are but what I love is how they help me focus me on being frugal with my movements.
