Literal translation is thick milk. It doesn’t necessarily have an exact equal in other countries but it’s similar to buttermilk (though that also exists as a separate item).

I made our own in the air fryer on the rare occasions I found them for sale. But then I got a frozen bag once where upon opening they were still feathered etc. I was determined and made it happen. But now I can’t prepare them anymore, it was too much. Maybe in a year.

I have seen Eps 1 & 2. Will continue to watch. First Ep was great. Second was ok. Curious to see where it goes. I junk it’s cool it was ‘funded’ for four seasons through the planned finale, that never happens and I’m excited to see what they do with the opportunity.
