The Séance of Blake Manor did for me what Blue Prince could not.
It succeeded at stitching together great ideas from the “metroid-brainia” genre into an immersive experience that felt thoughtful and satisfying. However, its decision to encourage 100% completion stalled the magic in the back half.

I don’t think I will ever understand “the game is fun because you have to lose several times to memorize the boss’ attacks and then just sorta do the same pattern until you win”

It’s always interesting this time of year when the CFBPC is asked to objectively rank a number of teams with very similar records and contextualize them into a bracket. Tough job. Thankfully, the only thing that has ever mattered is projected TV ratings.

1/2) Never was a fan of planting a flag after a win on the road. I have felt the same way since Baker did it to us. It’s unnecessary, extracurricular gloating that only serves to disrespect your opponent at the expense of your sportsmanship. Act like you’ve been there before….
