the problem is that "third" parties are effectively outlawed from benefiting from the same electoral processes, thats why theyre ALL called "third parties". you can get on a ballot, some of the time, and thats pretty much it

the parties whose entrenched power you're running against will be running the governments that officiate the elections & count the ballots. at a presidential level the electors will be Republicans & Democrats. this is why we call it duopoly, bc its anti-competitive by design
