I loved the halftime show,
but if I'd never left my home town,

I wonder if the conservative SCOTUS will follow their own precedent. I'm guessing not.

Interestingly, in Loper Bright vs Raimondo, the conservative majority on SCOTUS ruled just last year that the judiciary can in fact overrule regulatory decisions made by the executive branch especially when those decisions are not specified by Congress.

This is the worst classification scandal in 20 years. According to someone who knows: Trump has done more for China in a couple of weeks than Xi could have dreamed.
