Question for heat pump peeps. Is it possible that the condensation on this window is from the cold air being blown at it from the HP outside? It’s the only window in our house with this issue.

I'm happy to report that I will not be increasing the security around me. While my current security detail (Walter, George (not pictured), Winnie, and Bingo) are generally asleep on the job, it does not appear that my unwavering commitment to saving the planet has inspired any serious animosity.

Team bug bash this morning on some new UX for our electrification EACs. How cool is this - an hourly load shape of the carbon savings associated with putting in a HPWH. This is a rollup of a year. Also have hour by hour!

Eventually this will all be in the public part of WEATS, but we'll need to make it a lot more consumer friendly first. The other thing you can do is weather normalize the modeled load, which actually makes a difference.

We hadn't really planned on publishing it, mostly just our own curiosity and morbid fear that we were going to get something really wrong by accident. We ended up putting the difference between hourly and annual average in our internal data audit tool for reference.
