haven’t had any time to work on this in ages but got to do a tiny bit today. still pretending the left side isn’t there.
Textile abstract art piece with spacey vibes made with hand and machine stitching and bits of circular cut felt sewn onto a felt background. The colours used are a kinda dark magenta, peacock blue, and mustard yellows. The left side is really weird and the artist has no idea what she’s doing.

went to the zoo today
A tiny baby meerkat and an adult meerkat are standing guard on a boulder. Four ring-tailed lemurs in a large leafy tree. Three are huddled together on one branch and one is sitting on a branch just above them. A big wombat is sleeping on its back with its legs all spread out like a starfish. Its belly is sandy but it doesn’t seem to care.

mucking about with felt and thread. the felt circles and balls aren’t stitched on yet, just seeing how i feel about it. need some mustard embroidery thread. will probably add beads because i’m wild and crazy.
