in my quest to learn something new every day, last night i listened to a podcast episode about butts.
one thing about australians is that they all pretend to love cricket but then spend the 3-5 days of the boxing day test just napping on the couch while fiercely guarding the remote control.

i had a social event yesterday. and i have one today. and one tomorrow. for anyone keeping score, that’s three. in a row! it’s too much social! I’ll need to hermit for two weeks just to get back to baseline.
