Admittedly I am still on Facebook, mostly because my extended family is there and I can see how they are doing from a distance. Sometimes, like this morning, I find intriguing videos. I had not heard the term shadow work before and when I googled it, I got totally different results, than what is described in the video. I shared the link in a meeting to provoke my colleagues to think about how we resource a school, how we organize schools, how we measure success and how the work gets done in schools.
