Has a bishop being “a sinner who had ‘a really bad year’/‘a horrible season’“ become an excuse in an org of overworked, conflict-of-interest ridden bishops?
I’ve witnessed a bishop’s disqualifying behavior excused in such a way myself & wonder how common it is. 7/
