I did that for years and then discovered you’re supposed to used soaked and uncooked chickpeas. Much better! I air fry and they’re good enough.

My dream is to blend the fermented hot sauce and make falafel from the chickpeas I’ve been soaking. We’ll see.

Made the mistake of Trader Joe’s in Glastonbury during after work rush this week. Never again (although they did have the cruciferous crunch slaw and maple brown butter almonds I wanted)!
