Instead of generating them from authentic infant portraits, I instead used war archives that gave the melancholic blue hues, the indistinct contours, and the palpable fragility of these artificial portraits.

Meanwhile, what are your thoughts about this subject?

I want the project to remind me of society's reductive view of human reproduction: a mere accumulation of numbers. And to reflect the pressure on women to bear children, only for society to later consign them to war and comsumption.

In response to the societal pressures of procreation, from which many women, feel emotionally and culturally alienated, I started a project of "AI progeneration". This process involves the mass creation of portraits of newborn and the industrial generation of individual memories and identities.

This series isn’t only about rest or intimacy—it’s about the unrelenting cycle of returning, bound by the unspoken contracts of heteronormative relationships. imposing roles that can feel as confining as they are familiar, turning what might be a refuge into something resembling a prison.

I recently reminded myself of the act of returning to the same space night after night, a ritual I shared years ago with a former partner, like many other women. That space, regardless of whether I felt joy or disgust, became a constant.

"Bed" emerged when I started generating footage fragments and assembling them like a film montage. Fragments of bedrooms, fragments of stability, comfort, submission, and pain.
