The EU has published a world-first risk landscape report under the #DSA.

It flags systemic risks on big platforms — from illegal content to generative AI— and tracks how platforms are addressing them.

More transparency. More accountability.
A safer online space for all.

🤝75 years of the European Convention on Human Rights

A landmark treaty that reshaped Europe after the second World War, protecting millions of Europeans and supporting our shared values of human rights, democracy and rule of law.

Because human rights aren’t optional. They’re universal.

The European Commission is making its biggest play yet to punish Israel over its war on Gaza.

Today it will sign off on a proposed package of sanctions targeting extremist settlers, ministers and trade barriers.

Trump pledged Sunday to slap a 100 percent "tariff" on movies "produced in Foreign Lands." Across the Atlantic, the announcement was met with confusion — if not surprise.
Trump’s movie tariff threat puzzles Europe
As U.S. productions flock overseas, Trump wants to target foreign moviemakers, opening a new front in the transatlantic trade war.

No food, aid, or fuel have entered Gaza since March 2.

Community kitchens have closed. Children are sick, thirsty, and starving.

Now Netanyahu’s government wants to occupy Gaza and shut down the existing aid distribution system run by the UN and its humanitarian partners.

Arms embargo now.

Every single thing that everybody suddenly wants to do in Greenland - mine for minerals! use shipping lanes! set up bases! - can be done right now, while Greenland is part of Denmark. The discussion of "occupying" Greenland is just a pointless piece of aggression towards an ally.

The Assad regime’s legacy of cruelty & atrocity crimes endures

A new Syrian govt should join the #ICC, refer the Syria situation to the Court & grant it jurisdiction over crimes committed since 2011 under Art 12(3)

#Syria’s future must be built on pillars of #HRights & justice w/o discrimination
#Saydnaya prison has been freed!

Tens of thousands were disappeared, tortured & killed in the regime's vast network of prisons & detention centers

My courageous #Syrian colleagues, many of them torture survivors, never stopped demanding freedom & justice
