Part 2 of my Data Binding series is now live on the Rive blog!

It includes a step-by-step mini project with remixable files to follow along. And another one is on the way soon.

If you complete or remix it, I'd love to see what you make! Tag me, say hi, or reach out 👇

Excited to share this 1st part of a three-part series I’m creating as a collaboration for @rive.app s official blog (thanks Rive team for everything! 🤗)

This time, I walk through the core concepts of Data Binding, drawing on my learning experience to make the guide as intuitive as possible 👇

Just messing around with Data Binding Lists in @rive.app!
Like almost everything in Rive, you can use Lists in ways that aren’t immediately obvious. I was just tinkering and somehow ended up with this little 1-bit paint thing with a super quick and simple setup 💀

Why do teams switch from Lottie to Rive? Because they’re done with broken pipelines and need more than a linear format. Rive is faster, smaller, and ready for the interactive era. We’re on a mission to make hard-coded graphics history for all software and Ul — animation is just a part of the puzzle.

That moment when you start a small project to try out one @rive.app feature (scroll), they drop another amazing update (feather), and you've got a whole new toy to play with in the same project... 😱

WIP 🚧 I've been working on these assets. The final goal is to mess around with the scroll feature in @rive.app
I've had this idea of designing something related to psychic powers (🤷 embracing my inner weirdo) for a while now.
I'll share the final result soon!
