As someone who works in Public Health & Harm Reduction, this has been a huge win with the help of this administration has done. We all fear what the next “administration” is going to take away which will make the opioid crisis a lot worse. Probably blame the immigrants I’m sure.

Today, choose to be thankful for them and find the lessons in those experiences. Push your way through this chapter and trust your story is about to become more beautiful than you could ever imagine. 3/3

Part of healing is to lean into those feelings of pain instead of running away from them. It can be incredibly terrifying to open Pandora’s Box, but letting those feelings come up to the surface and really feel them is the only way to heal and move forward. 2/3
