I joined my wife and some good friends, and did the Plunge for Resilience, a cold plunge at Newcastle Beach to raise money for Bethesda House. I feel amazing! I feel invigorated! I feel happy! Thank you to some truly wonderful people for standing with me and helping me through this. ❤️

The Id wants me to type out all my notes so I can easily organize my thoughts and get this first draft started. The Ego tells me I’m a no-talent fraud, and I should play RDR2 instead. My poor mental health says not to do any of that, and watch my comfort show instead: Star Trek TNG.
