I’m so sorry. Everyone I know is having a very tough time with family worries. The kindest people really up against it. Hope things get better for you and your family.

Has an interesting remote church set in a meadow, other buildings include a grand gatehouse. Unfortunately all dwarfed by the power station and soon to be totally surrounded by major road development.

Good morning Kitty. A busy week ahead, hope it’s full of bright moments for all of us. We might see sunshine.

Not surprising they are lovely. We all need the comfort of things from our childhood.

Weather horrible so a day indoors. Writing letters and cards. More beautiful art Hettie.

Well it’s a good job that these lovely people chose Bedfordshire. Classmates were children of brave Polish airman. Italians came to make bricks, bake wonderful bread and with so many other nations built the M1. Great Indian restaurants and the beating heart of the NHS. Bedford welcomes everyone.

Excellent well done.

Loved Green St and the little passages around it. Eclectic mix of shops, Past Times, the outdoor shop and a cafe. Cambridge was lovely in winter, dark and shadowy.

Definitely calls for a proper coffee and a flaky croissant with French preserve. Hope it went well. Another step on the road towards wellness.

So very beautiful Anne Louise. My Grandmother would often say bees are wise. Years later I remember an an elderly neighbour telling me how his father kept bees and would tell them all the family news.

Great news about Mum. A huge relief for you all.

Have a good day Hettie. I sensibly avoided all of the utter farce yesterday. I am a football fan, it’s the thing I did with my Dad. I won’t be watching a second of the festival of corruption next summer.
