I am seriously going nuts trying to place this. People have suggested Moskau, Bad Apple, and Terezi's theme from Homestuck - all sound a little similar but I have ruled them all out. I swear to god there's something really obvious I'm missing and I'm going to be so fucking mad if I figure it out
