Really then the state is paying the farmers. It’s another farm subsidy. I’m all about the market match program and currently benefit from it. But farmers are not giving away anything. Most of them are shrewd capitalists or worse.

Is that $2 million all through the match program? Because I am reluctant to believe farmers will give away free shit without being subsidized.
