I prefer the C-style interface, but LLMs seem to have a harder time programming against the less popular API so I find myself going back to stdlib recently.

This is the main reason I live in Southern California. I love stumbling upon a mind-blowing but statistically improbable restaurant at the far end of a strip mall in the San Gabriel Valley or Long Beach.

The real villains are businesses that set up the platform incentives for that grift to be a profitable endeavor.

Makes sense to me. I have a lot of small side projects using the API that I don’t share because it would be too much of a hassle to put Stripe in front of it and charge for usage.

Sometimes it works if you ask it to export a .doc and the code interpreter doesn’t fail.
