In 2023, Gov. Evers asked for $270 million for student mental health services and the budget ended up with $30 million in funding — wonder where this figure lands in the approved budget.
Our kids’ mental health continues to be a top concern for me. A kid in crisis may be distracted or disengaged and may not be able to focus on their studies.
