Wouldn’t that depend on the capabilities of the platform? If a low-level trigger-puller or button-pusher had no way of actually seeing the state of the boat/people and were depending on higher for that information, would the low-level service member still be liable?

Do you want a real spicy (and admittedly theoretical) take? From the POV of whoever’s running the scam, he only has to make it to 12:01 PM on 1/20/27*. After that point, Vance would serve less than half a term as replacement so he’s eligible to run twice. 🤮

It’s fascinating that they explicitly talked about the 3rd amendment, but not the 2nd. I think it really illustrates how much the gun lobby has changed the gun-rights discussion.
