This is what got us into this mess in the first place. A council that was too scared to face the budget needs and kicked it down the road.

We have an expenditure problem - property taxpayers are paying for human services that should be financed by Prov. I'm always open to looking for tax savings - but those Cllrs who say they are against "reckless spending" are shooting blanks - they have never brought anything to the table. Thanks!
