My students have two assignments for the 19th c. poetry unit. One is an essay. The other is to create something inspired by a poem or poet which is non-verbal. We have eaten Emily Dickinson’s cocoanut cake, Wordsworth’s favourite gingerbread and muffins inspired by Keats’ “To Autumn.” #Poetry #Food
