Yesterday’s @theguardian.com has a piece on The Joys of ageing,about how us old people see colour. Or ‘color,’ as they call it. Later, quoting from a UK university research paper, they talk about ‘gray.’ My ‘joy’ doesnt include embracing American versions of English, which easily trumps arthritis.

Is there any update on Jeff Lynne’s health? His illness and Dave Edmunds’s have reminded me - not that I’d forgotten - that we need to let the people who help shape our lives know how much they mean to us, while they’re around to know.

It’s a very simple formula.. Reform make a lot of noise (without any substance behind it), MSM lap it up and amplify it for them..
