Apparently they played "Kiss" up there! And with Tweedy/Wilco and Prince both being in my Top 5 music artists of all time, I should probably track that down on YouTube or whatever.

Anyway, yeah, great show last night.

Snocaps - "Snocaps"

I didn't know anything about Katie Crutchfield/Waxahatchee six months ago. Turns out, she's pretty good at music! Really enjoyed this and the latest Waxahatchee album - need to check out her earlier stuff.

Favorite track: "Hide"

No sir! I only did the one show and that was in Dallas. I think that's a different bear suit, too.

My old buddy/roommate may have been there for that show, though. I know he was on at least a couple of late night shows with them.

Jenny Lewis - Joy'All

Nothing terribly remarkable here, just another solid Jenny Lewis album.

Tame Impala - Deadbeat

There's no instant earworm like "The Less I Know the Better" here, but it's still a pretty decent record. Kevin Parker has such a unique sound. Need to check out more of his stuff.

Favorite track: "...End of Summer"

This is a non-story if everybody just starts using Swatch Internet Time.

It was at your suggestion that I posted this.

160 days later, Fred Berry was dead, for real.

It's something that I've never been able to forgive myself for.

(I can't forgive you for it, either.)

I have no idea what your singing voice sounds like, but I know that I would absolutely prefer you doing the Super Bowl Halftime Show over Lee Greenwood
