Avoiding the news is all upside lately.

It sucks that it’s not just “news” for so many.

But I also have no idea how to stop it.

Not this year! I’m living in the scale-up world now at Customer.io.

But it’d be great to reconnect with my friends again soon.

The constant feeling that my country has descended into a very dark state.

Somewhere out there is a Russian propagandist that realized that a majority of Americans would be willing to overlook anything for the sake of creating efficiency.

Putin’s philosophy and goals are so contrary to American values that any alignment at all should be a signal that something is off. Let alone the active support and evangelism of his views.

Again, very alarming.

Putin is an ex-KGB, current dictator that is known to have murdered his rivals and has held many false elections to maintain power. Why does his point of view carry any weight with an American citizen? Let alone our President?

It’s very troubling.

To clarify, I don’t mean best as in most luxurious or easy.

I mean best in the number of core memories made per day sense.

The “remember when … ?” in 30 years test.

We are just surfing chaos; sometimes the waves converge and the timeline smiles at us.

Everyone eventually. Amazing.

But the real tragedy was Iomega beating the larger and faster Jazz drive.

Deleted the X app from my phone. Will still use the website no doubt. But still. Progress.
