24 hour dry brine and utilizing a baking stone in the oven and this was the most juicy, flavourful and tender turkey I have ever roasted. God damn.

Took me two hours to get from North Van to New West. Drove by two accidents on the way and in the two hours since I got home there have apparently been several more.
